A Sign of the Times

No one needs to tell you the benefits of a sign.  But, there are definite benefits to making that sign out of vinyl or styrene.  And there are even more benefits to having us print it for you.

While both vinyl and styrene are durable materials for signs, they each have characteristics that make them suitable to specific applications.  For example, styrene is more rigid than vinyl, yet only suited for indoor use.  Vinyl is the better option if you need flexibility, and can be used both indoors and outdoors.

Vinyl is available in 10, 15, 20 or 30 mil gauges; and white matte or gloss finishes.
Sintra® and Komatex® expanded PVC are available in black or white 2, 3 or 6mm gauges.
Styrene is available in 20 through 130 mil gauges or custom-extruded to a specific mil gauge if necessary.

Both vinyl and styrene can be screen or digitally printed.

Less Than >

We also offer foamcore and gatorboard.  While neither are as durable as vinyl and styrene, they are much lighter-weight, making them ideal for overhead signage.

Greater Than <

For real durability and strength, Dibond® aluminum composite sign material is one of the toughest surfaces we offer.  Ideal for outdoor signs, it will last for years without warping or cracking.  Dibond® is available in white, matte or brushed silver, in either 2 or 3mm gauge.
