Thermal Die Cuts for the hand lettering look.
Thermal die cuts . . .
are created by using a magnesium die that has your design
chemically etched into it. The die is heated to 275 degrees and
stamped down on the vinyl, the die melts through the vinyl and stops
at the paper release liner resulting in a perfect kiss cut. Then all
excess vinyl is weeded away and any letter centers are removed, then
an application tape is laminated on top of design and will be used
to transfer it permanently to desired surface.
